Meet Jesse Churchward

 

NCSA head recruiting coach for lacrosse has a wealth of experience with the sport.

Churchward played collegiately at lacrosse powerhouse Towson University, where he helped the Tigers claim three Colonial Athletic Association titles and reach the NCAA Division I tournament three times. After college Churchward served as the team captain for Spencer Club in London, and was the team MVP in 2007. He has gained valuable coaching experience at True Lacrosse in Chicago upon returning to the area.

Jesse played football and lacrosse while attending Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor (Mich.). He was a first-team all-state selection in 2001. In high school he also earned an academic all-state award and a pair of conference sportsmanship awards. Jesse was one of 10 students chosen (out of 2,000) as a positive peer influence.
