  • Played for the South team and we won. First time in twelve years the South beat the North in basketball. I had a great week playing against and with great competition. I also got coached by great coaches and they put us in a position to win the game.
  • Camp/Event
  • Baseball Factory Premium Video Evaluation
  • 2/09/14 to 2/09/14
  • Ryan continues to work hard on his game. At the plate, this RH swinger displays patience as he keeps his weight back and waits for his pitch. He likes the pitch on the inner 1/2 and pulls it with pop. On the bump, he works to a tall balance point and works toward the dish. Ryan has quick tempo working at his pace and keeping hitters off balance. Breaking ball is his best pitch, showing short break with tight spin. Only a 2016 grad - Ryan has made improvements and will continue to do so over the next few years.
  • Camp/Event
  • Baseball Factory Pro Select Training at Vero Beach (Ages 14-18)
  • 7/31/13 to 8/03/13
  • Ryan continues to show as a LHP and for the first time at 1B. Currently, he projects better on the mound for the next level. Delivery is sound, repreatable, allowing his loose/quick arm action to work well to the plate. He shows an aggressive tempo with fastball showing a range of 72-75 mph with arm side run. Changeup is his best off speed pitch - He maintains arm speed on his changeup, showing a plus feel for with fading action. Breaking ball displays 1/7 shape with gradual break. Control is a plus as he throws strikes with all his pitches, locating to both sides of the plate. Stock on mound will continue to rise as more arm strength is gained, and as he continues to learn to use his tall body frame to his advantage. Working more on balance and core strength will help a lot. At 1B, feet are active as he displays proper footwork around the bag and works to square balls up, displaying clean hands. He needs to play through balls more while presenting hands more out front and improve foot quickness to continue to improve defensive grade. At the plate, he shows a balanced setup with rhythm and some pop in his bat. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact with strength in his swing. He needs to work on keeping his hands high (not dropping them) and shortening his swing. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and works hard. Ryan will be very projectable on the mound because of his size and athleticism. With 3 years of high school baseball remaining, he is one to keep an eye on.

  • 4/07/13 to 4/07/13
  • Ryan is a LHP with a tall and lanky build. This freshman left hander delivers from a low 3/4 arm slot which can be deceptive to hitters. FB ranges from 72-76 mph and shows slight downward movement. He works in-line toward the plate and keeps the ball down in the zone. SL shows 2/8 'sweeping' action and gradual break. Driving more with his lower 1/2 finishing out over his front side will help improve consistency on the mound. Littel has a ton of upside and with continued improvement is a player to keep an eye on.
