Personal Statement
I pride myself on being a hard worker, and more importantly a good person. I will do anything to help my team win the game, whether that be score 15 points, grab 5 rebounds, or cheer for my teammates. I want my teammates to know that I would go to war with them any day of the week and know they can trust me in any situation. I may not be the tallest, fastest, or strongest, but I know I will always work hard and never back down or cower to the competition, I will not be scared of any obstacle. I also feel I have a great feel for the game of basketball. I have been playing and watching the game since I was about 5 years old and feel that I have developed a high basketball IQ due to that. I believe that I could also bring a leader to a program. I always want to make the person next to me better every day, both on the court and off. I am also somebody who takes care of my grades as well. I maintain mostly A's and a few B's but strive every day to be great in the class room. All in all I know and believe that I can contribute to a program and do whatever they ask of me. I will settle for nothing less than my best.
