Earning the opportunity to play collegiate basketball and learning at an even more advanced level than I am right now is all that I am constantly working for. Academics have always been my priority, and I’m seeking a college that takes my academics as seriously as well. I have taken this year’s off-season to focus on adding to my basketball attributes and skillset, become stronger physically by doing cross fit and lifting, and building my leadership skills by providing strong examples for my younger teammates and those who look up to me with sportsmanship, commitment, and academics. Growing up, a strong work ethic and high level of commitment has been instilled in me with everything I do, both on and off the court. In addition, my moral upbringing has taught me to always represent my family and loved ones in the most respectful way. Skills can be taught, but heart, determination, and coachability cannot. I am motivated, have unwavering levels of commitment to both academics and basketball and am ready to learn at the collegiate level.
