Personal Statement
I am a player who plays for the team and puts my team before myself. I also work very hard and smart on and off the court. I try to be the best teammate that i can be and most of the time i succeed. One thing to know about me is that i am ALWAYS hungry. If i want the ball then i demand the ball, knowing that i am going to do something with it. I'm also a very very good leader. I'm different from other athletes in many ways, i am very ambitious, confident, and do what is best for my team. What makes me good on the court is that i use my confidence and my fearlessness to my advantage. Unlike other players, i am comfortable with being in a place of uncomfortability with my teammates to get them to where they're supposed to be and to do what's best for them and the team overall. My goals are to EARN a full-ride scholarship, to a school that's comfortable with me and that i'm comfortable with, to become a better player and student-athlete as i progress on and off of the court, and lastly, to make my family and myself proud of the man that i am soon to become.
