Personal Statement
I am heading into my senior year at Boulder High
School this fall. Last year we made it into the state final
game, where we lost by 4 to the now 3 time champions,
Regis. I am 6'1'' 185 lbs. I have a vertical of 38
inches and run a 40-yard dash in 4.49 seconds. My
freshman and sophomore year I played for Nederland
High school. A much smaller 2-3a school. I started
Varsity both those years receiving All-conference
Honorable Mention and All-conference 1st Team.
I transferred to Boulder my junior year.
My goal is to play at the highest level possible
in college and aid the team in any way I can. I bring
leadership and hard work to programs I am in. I am
constantly staying late after practice to get more shots
in or whatever i need work in. As well, it’s always
been my dream to play college ball. I am often in the gym
late at night working out and shooting. I also have a
strict lifting schedule. I want to be the strongest and
most athletic person on the court. I am only 6'1'' but can
dunk with two hands. I believe that lifting is
extremely important to being a good basketball player.
When in college, I was to study biology. Ever since
taking a biology course sophomore year it has been
one of my biggest interests. I love knowing how the body
works and why it functions in certain ways. This
plays a large roll when i lift weights. Growing muscle is
all science. Everything to the way the muscles
tear, to helping them build stronger by consuming protein.
My current video is not up to date due to switching schools
and not having much fotage to show from my junior
year and being in a new program. Switching to much
larger school, my game has increases drastically. If
you wouldlike me to send any other video to showcase
my talent please let me know.
