Personal Statement
I am a 5'11 Point Guard from Ignacio, Colorado. Athletically, I have played baseball, soccer, golf, track and basketball. I have been a varsity basketball player all four years of high school and have been selected unanimous player of the year in my conference. I was also honored to be selected to the All-State 2nd team. I am one of the top defensive players in my division with 5.1 steals per game (Max Preps third in all divisions in Colorado).
Academically, I am the projected Valedictorian of my class with a 4.40 GPA and I have completed multiple college courses with over 15 credits. My interests are Economics and Information Systems. My SAT score is 1290 and my current ACT score is a 29.
I want to be able to challenge myself in basketball as well as academically at any institution. I believe that I would be able to grow as a player and leader within any system. I have a strong work ethic in the gym and I am willing to give my all for any program that offers me a chance to continue playing the sport I love. I want to make players around the program and myself better both on the court and off the court.
