Christopher Sutherland '15 Recruiting Profile

College has always been an expectation not a dream. The opportunity to go to college and play basketball at the college level is the dream that I am now trying to make a reality. I am a two way player with my offensive and defensive game improving over the years. Basketball is my life and the opportunity to compete in college is something that intrigues me.

I am a two sport athlete. I also participate in Track and Field competing in the high jump placing first in districts and second in regions and eleventh in States in FHSAA Class 4A for the year 2013-2014. I have been raised in a Caribbean household where my parents have taught me that hard work and dedication has a big impact on your chances of accomplishing different feats. I have had an excellent three years of high school so far on the academic level. I am in the top 10 percent of my class which shows that I can handle my studies and extracurricular activities. I plan on majoring in Sports Management.
 

I am going into my second year at the University of Florida.
