Blake Garfinkel '16 Recruiting Profile

My goals as a student-athlete is to attend a great college where I will be given the opportunity to excel in the classroom and on the basketball court. With my leadership traits and my will to help others out, I feel I would make a great candidate for any team. I feel I am a very coachable player who loves the game of basketball and is always wanting to get better to become the best player I can possibly be. I feel I am very different from other recruits because I am a very hard-worker and I give my best effort in everything that I do. I work hard in the classroom and strive to make all A's as well as make the honor roll at my school by maintaining a 3.72 GPA. I competed in the Junior Jewish Olympics for the past 4 years and led my team to win a Bronze medal in Memphis, Tennessee averaging 18 ppg for all four years and I averaged 14 ppg and 8 apg in my Junior Year on Varsity at Trinity Preparatory School. My collegiate goal is to lead my team to lots of wins and a national championship.
