I began my sports career with baseball and soon found my love for basketball after making my middle school team at the age of 13. I soon realized I really wanted to take basketball seriously and take my game to the next level and since then basketball has been my life. I was fully aware I started late and had no time for anything else. Ever since I could remember my parents told me that anything was possible with hard work and dedication and I've always used that to fuel my fire to become the best I could be on and off the court. As I grew as a basketball player the competitiveness to win got higher and the challenges became harder. I knew not to give up because I seen how basketball changed me for the better and also showed me a different side of myself that I didn't know was in me. Now I want to put my basketball goals and academic goals together. Id be blessed to attend a school where I can chase a dream on the court and pursue a career in the classroom.
