In my first three years of high school basketball, I have played with very diverse groups of people that have often challenged the “team“ motto. This has repeatedly resulted in more losses than wins for our team. Having to battle through these struggles has taught me how to overcome adversity and has helped me develop a never-give-up mentality. It has also shown me the importance of leadership, hard work, and perseverance. I look forward to being part of a successful college basketball program that utilizes all positions on the court, and emphasizes a positive team attitude and strong work-ethic.
I believe that God has a great plan for my future, and there is an opportunity somewhere for me to continue to be a successful student-athlete at the college level. I have always been proud to be a well-rounded person, and have been recognized and awarded by my teachers and coaches for my character and leadership qualities. I am very eager to see where the next step in my life’s journey will take me, and am excited about the conversations I will be having with college coaches as I search for my perfect fit, both academically and athletically.
