Braden Fitzjerrells '16 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the game when I was very young. When I was little and as I grew up, my mom had to drag me inside from supper. I always was outside practicing my game. I am still the same to this day. I consider myself a gym rat. When our janitors at the school hear a ball bouncing in the gym late at night, they know it is me. I am hungry to be better. I am so determined to achieve my dream. All my life I have been told I am too small, but that has never discouraged me. It never will discourage me. 

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to play college basketball and inspire kids from my town that if you set your mind to it, anything can happen. I am a good candidate because I am an extremely hard worker as previously explained. I work hard in the gym and in the classroom. I have a 4.0 GPA. Also, I am a good leader. What makes me different than other recruits would be my passion for the game and to always improve my game. There are not many days I take off, which includes me working out before and after school preparing myself for the next level.
