Personal Statement
I have played basketball since was 5 years old. I started playing for my city. As I progressed, in age and ability, I then competed at an All-Star level. I successfully played in out of town and sometimes state tournaments until I reached high school. I play currently for the Varsity team at my high school.
What will make me a good candidate for your team? I didn't begin my high school sport career as a starter, but I ended up there. Why? I came early, I left late. I communicated with my coaches and supported my teammates. I give everything I have to the game and will continue to do so. I know that every time I go onto the court I am going to do more, be more than I was the last time.
As a player for your team, you will never question my effort, my respect, or my loyalty.
