Personal Statement

Like in high school, my college goals are to excel in basketball and academics. I work hard every day in the gym, weight room, or classroom so I can get ahead of my competition. I'm a leader on the floor and I find my passion to win spreads to my teammates. My strong performance on the court also carries over to the classroom. I have a rigorous schedule filled with AP and Honor level courses. My GPA is 4.4 and I scored a 33 on the ACT. That is why I am looking not only for a school where I can play basketball, but also where I can pursue my goal of becoming a physician. I will give my 110% effort to help whatever school I may end up at succeed.
