Esau Godfrey '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

I am Esau Godfrey, a shooting and point guard, and small forward, 6'0", 150 pounds, honor and advanced placement student.  I'm interested in playing basketball for your team and exploring your prospect camps.  That way, you will have a preview of my skills and can determine if you're interested.  My strength is in defense and I have a keen eye on the court on offense, as well as scoring ability.  Currently, I am on Varsity as a Junior. I was a starter in my sophomore year on the JV team and throughout my AAU seasons.  I have attended multiple Hoop Group camps and participated in various showcases.  I strive to improve each time I'm on the floor.  

I'm looking for a college that promotes academics, as well as athletics, and has a business management or entrepreneur program.  Being a student-athlete takes a lot of time management and multi-tasking. 

I am in the advanced placement program at my school and took a college course this past summer while playing for two AAU teams:  one team was local and called PG Stealth while the other team was a traveling one and called Team Possible.  I am an honor student and have been one since starting school.
