Nicholas Mesnard '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a High School Senior, soon to be a 2015 graduate, from Petoskey, Michigan.  I have been playing since I was 8 years old and have aspired to play at the collegiate level.  When I am not in the classroom, I am on the court.  I carry a 3.3 GPA and want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court.  I would like to study Sports Medicine and pursue a career as an Athletic Trainer.  I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match. 

I am passionate about the game.  I fell in love with the sport the first time I held a basketball.  I am self-driven and have a great work ethic on and off the court.  I have a positive attitude and outlook and expect success from myself and my teammates.  Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is.  I have a "whatever it takes" attitude.  I am a leader, motivating my teammates and supporting our development through positive communication and actions.  I play focused, by getting in the zone, and playing well under pressure.  I bring energy and intensity to the court, playing tough and setting the tempo.  I am coachable, open-minded, and always looking for ways to improve my game.  I bounce back from adversity, and push forward.  I am highly accountable.  And lastly, I respect the game, and all those who make the game possible.
