Personal Statement
I am a 5' 9" point guard from Ahoskie, North Carolina. I am currently a first year scholarship red-shirt at Asbury University in Kentucky. I pride myself as being the hardest working player on my team on and off the court, even as a freshman. I am incessantly developing my skills and strength while maintaining a perfect 4.0 gpa. In high school, I was the starting point guard, team captain, and floor general. I averaged the most points, assists, steals, and minutes per game. Because of my success this year, both on and off the court, I am specifically striving for a transfer opportunity to play at an academically elite school.
