Personal Statement

Hi, my name is John Kirkpatrick and I am a junior at Hargrave Military Academy. I made the choice to transfer because they are all about basketball and in my opinion will help me pursue my dream of playing college basketball. I have already put on 10 pounds and improved my game a lot! Playing with and against players who already have division 1 offers always helps me and I can learn a lot from them! The choice to transfer was the best I have made in a while and I'm looking forward to the season and hopefully bringing back a state championship!
