Terence Sklikas '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard working and determined student-athlete seeking to further my education and to continue playing basketball at a four-year university. I would like to major in Biology or Pre-Med. I am looking to attend a school that really values its academics, and is looking to bring in high character, hard working student-athletes. I am working tirelessly on and off the court every day to become the best student-athlete I can be. I'm looking to play at the highest level possible, and to challenge myself athletically and academically. I never take the easy way out, because pushing yourself and going 110% in whatever you do is what is going to make you better.

Athletically, my best attribute is shooting. I can space the floor for any team, and my game revolves around my jump shot. When a defender plays me too tight, I can go by them off the dribble to create for my teammates or get to the rim and score myself. For what I lack in height, I make up for with my 6'2" wingspan. I have become obsessed with improving my game every chance I get, and I want to become more of a complete player for the benefit of my team. In order to accomplish this goal, I was working out and lifting for 5-6 hours a day this past summer before my senior season. I know that this hard work will pay off this upcoming season, and my overall work ethic will carry over with me into college and into my future.

Hoop Group Evaluation:

Terence stays active no matter where he is on the floor and is good in transition. He can look for his shot more because he shoots it well! He drives well in traffic and has an explosive first step, making him a force on the court!
