Personal Statement
Ever since I can remember I've always loved the game of basketball. My dream is to play division 1 basketball and play in the March Madness tournament. I try to improve each day cause everyday I wake up is another day to get better. I strive to get better at each practice, even if its just one percent better I feel I have to keep pushing myself. My goal for my basketball career to is to become a better leader and creator for my team, I must make my teammates successfull on and off the court. I take my aspirations very seriously and I am prepared for the work that is to come with the achievment of each and every one. I've always wanted to play in the NBA but the honest truth is, I love this game more than anything. I just want to play it for the rest of my life. One of my favorite quotes is "Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it." This was said by Michael Jordan, I've always looked up to him as a role model. Il never be as great as Michael, but even he said. "You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them."
