Jake Berkowitz '14 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jake Berkowitz and I am currently a 6'3 Senior (Class of 2014)  at the Birch Wathen Lenox School in New York City. I have been a 4 year varsity player and starter and in those fours years have scored 1000 points and still counting. I can play either shooting guard or point guard and am a very good three point shooter as well. As a sophomore I was the leading scorer in the State of New York on maxpreps.com and 24th in the country in scoring as well. I also averaged around 22 points and 7 assists a game. This past year as a junior, I averaged around 23 points a game with 8 assists. I also brought my team (for the first time in 8 years) to the Championship game of the Columbia Prep Tournament. Our team won the championship game by 11 and I received MVP honors. I also was the varsity soccer captain last year and averaged 1.5 goals a game.
