AJ Connor '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is AJ Connor and I'm a Junior at Steubenville Catholic Central High School. We have a long history and tradition that I am proud of and take pride in every time I put on a crusader uniform. I played basketball ever since I was little. Basketball is everything to me. I've worked hard for many years to be at the point I'm at today. I've also been through many obstacles and know how to overcome adversity. A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. It was a major set back for me. I worked hard every day for the entire offseason. I did whatever it took to be 100% healthy the entire year. All that hard work has paid off and I over came it. While doing all of this I maintained good grades and received a high ACT score. I have done everything for basketball. My blood, sweat, and tears have been put into this game that I will do anything for while still recognizing that my grades come first.
