Personal Statement
My name is Sean McCarthy. I am a senior at Choctaw High School in Choctaw, Oklahoma. My GPA is 3.708. I am a member of the National Honor Society. I am 6' and 150 pounds. I am a great shooting guard. I am always the first to practice and the last to leave. I am hungry and extremely coachable. I have a love of the game with a desire to strengthen my abilities to better myself and the team. My work ethic is unmatched. I may not be a Captain of the team, but lead by example on a daily basis to better myself and those around me every day. I am planning on majoring in Sports Journalism with a minor in Coaching. If given the chance, I will make you proud. I would be an asset to your team and provide great leadership and enthusiasm. I have a GREAT love of the game. My academics speak for themselves and I strive to continue my success in the classroom.
