- I would like to attend a college with strong academics that is also highly competitive in the sport of Basketball. My personal goal for college is to graduate with a degree in a Health profession. I want to contribute to my community and I also enjoy helping others. Prevention and rehabilitation of injuries is very interesting to me.
- I'm a leader on and off the court. My work ethic is very strong and I lead by example. I want to push to the next level and inspire others to follow.
- My determination to succeed and to always be coachable is a true strength. What separates me from other candidates is my attitude, skills, drive and passion.

- Kelson is the team leader for his travel team. His Defense is outstanding so when a lead shooter on another team starts getting hot, Kelson's coach gives him the task to shut that individual down. Kelson scores 20-25 points a game with excellent 3 point shooting and great quickness to drive to the hoop. Besides shooting, Kelson's other strengths include exceptional ball handling and a high I.Q . That enables him to be an effective on-court leader.
