Personal Statement

Hi my name is Alex Conahan and I am very excited about my opportunities with NCSA!  I am a junior at Bishop McCort Highschool in Johnstown, PA.  I have been playing basketball for 6 years.  I love being part of a team.  It has taught me a great deal in every aspect of my life.  My actions affect my team, on and off the court.  This really makes me pause and think through any decisions I am making.  I am hardworking, dedicated, and always looking to improve.  My education is very important to me, and being able to play basketball while obtaining a degree would be a dream come true.  I would be an asset to any team and am looking forward to the endless possibilities that await.
