Grant Peterson '18 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to be the best player I can be. I'm good with the three pointer, and assists, and rebounds. I've been playing basketball for 4 years.  I am a junior in high school, and I'm also homeschooled. The reason I'm homeschooled is because education is really important to me. Education comes first to me, getting into college would be amazing, and playing a sport I love would be icing on the cake.

Some of my other hobbies are playing the piano, I also love to play soccer. Any type of board game I'll play. One of my favorite things is to go spend some time on the lake, especially wake-boarding and tubing. Basically anything outdoorsy I'll do. I love going camping, and playing ultimate Frisbee. In college I would like to study mechanical engineering because ive always loved how to figure out something works.

    I am attending a humanitarian experience in Bolivia this summer. I am going down there to help build a special needs center.  This trip will be important to me because I spent last year taking care of my handicapped uncle with my family. So its going to be a special experience for me to go help those people down in Bolivia.
