James Nelson '22 Recruiting Profile

My Name is James Nelson I have been playing basketball since I was 14 years old, i have a very great love and passion for the game of hoops. I am a very coachable athlete that does whatever i have to do to help out my team no matter what the situation is or postion im in. My goals is to graduate with a degree in Health Science also to help any team i play for make a run to a championship, I fit in any style of play because im good at adjusting quickly. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that i am a leader on and off the court, i help my teammates with whatever it is they need help in. Im coachable, i work my hardest in the class and will always work my tail off on the court. Also i encourage my teammates and have them always keep their heads up like the motto i live by says " Trust the Process Keep the Faith " and everything will do alright. What makes me different from other recruits is that my work ethic and dedication to the game of basketball and life, so that i can build character and become a better man and my mentality is different from anyone else i will work my butt off until i get it correct and keep working until i master it. My basketball game is someone thats great at attacking the rim, facilitator, heck of a rebounder, and plays hard defense and can shoot the mid range.Still developing my 3 point shot. I just want the oppurtunity to bring my talents to someones team and make history.
