Personal Statement
Most importantly, I want a great education and to enjoy my college experience - socially, athletically, culturally and academically. I believe I am probably in the top 1% of athletic ability, even amongst athletes. I first dunked in an 8th grade game and had 4 dunks in 1 game in my freshman year. I had 14 dunks before Christmas this season. I played point guard and was a three point shooter in my earlier years. My basketball ability is solid as demonstrated by my statistics, but feel my best by far is yet to come. I want to learn and get better and challenge myself against college competition. I have had to adapt to new environments and new teams as my family has moved around quite a bit. I am proud to say that I usually exceled almost immediately each time. I have played for state championships teams (Australia), played on many all-star teams and have also endured some losing seasons. I love to win, but in the end it is a game. I cannot wait to move on to the next level. I will never be a problem in any way and will always excel in the classroom. I take many AP and Honors classes and expect to eventually earn a graduate degree.
I have been voted All-State, All-District and Academic All-State for my Junior season at FBCA.
