My future plans are to have a successful college career that involves playing basketball.  I feel that my dedication, hard work and determination are key factors that can help me get to where I want to be. On the court, my ability to lead by example has been proven as my team mates always look to me for leadership.  I also feel that listening is more important than trying to voice my opinion or trying to prove my point, because listening can help me understand things that I may not know.  Being an only child, I consider my team mates, both at school and my club team to be my family and I want to do the right thing for my family, both on and off the court.  My goal is to focus on academics and athletics to make an impact on whatever it is that I may do.
