Jermel Billinglsea '17 Recruiting Profile

I grew the most as a student-athlete when I realize it was about the team not one person.You will always be a winner if you play as a team.I was fortunate enough to be part of an amazing program, I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. I'm looking for a college that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I have a 3.1 GPA and my greatest strengths is offensive rebounding and jumping the passing lanes and blocking shots. I was taught that defense wins championships so I practice . I've been all over the U.S. playing in tournaments for AAU and I have won 3 tournament MVP and I have been nominated for defensive player of the week 5 times this pass Highschool season. Being a senior this year I am focus and looking forward to the next step of my life.
