Jaxon Cook '23 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about myself.
Ever since I can remember, I have always been in sports.  I grew up with a football in my hands during the summer and fall and a basketball in my hands all the rest of the year. My parents and coaches have instilled in me the value of good sportsmanship, respect for other players and most importantly the value of being a good team player / teammate. I am a hard worker, always give 100 percent and work hard to help my teammates succeed. My personality is outgoing, cheerful and uplifting.  I am also confident that you will have a hard time finding a more coachable player. I know that winning for myself is good but winning as a team is what really matters.  I believe going to the next level in a quality college will help me grow into a more productive person in society and growth for my well-being. 

Lastly, I also would like to relay that I am a very good discus thrower in Track and Field. My personal best throw was throw was 135'10" from last year but have most recently thrown 140+ for a local throws coach.
