Personal Statement
I am a two-way point guard, I love to play defense as much as I love to put the ball through the hoop; I am fueled by competition and I always try to surround myself in a winning environment. Growing up in an immigrant family I was able to quickly understand the power of work ethic and that in order to get the results you want in life it's up to you to put in that work. Being an of an Asian American ethnicity I've always felt that I was always looked over upon when it came to athletics, but instead of just accepting this stigma I've just always used this for motivation and fuel to my fire. At the end of the day I just want to prove people wrong and Basketball gives me a purpose to express my fire against this stigma.
