Dear Coach,
I am looking for a college that will inspire, guide, and direct not only my golf dreams but to prepare me for my professional life as well. I aspire to be a professional golfer and a business man also. I need to ensure I am as knowledgeable, if not more knowledgeable, in the business of my career as others are. I seek an institution which will challenge and motivate me to be all I can be. I know I can become a professional golfer on the PGA Tour, with the right teachers, coaches, mentors and support.
My goal to be a professional golfer has been my aspiration since I was six years old. I am now 15 and have nine years of working experience towards that goal. I am blessed to have parents who have helped me and continue to do so. I am looking for a college to continue my journey and take me further. I am committed to this path until my dreams are a reality. I have dedicated almost all of my life, to becoming a professional golfer, and I have no plans on quitting now.
My character is one of professionalism, well-mannered and studious; I commit myself to my goals and school. I joined the HS team as soon as I could (as a freshman) and enjoyed early noted success. I also am an A/B student with ambitions to becoming an A student in my sophomore year and continuing until I graduate.
