Personal Statement

I fell in love with golf when I was twelve years old. I believe in my potential and have the drive and focus to keep improving on a daily basis. I am working with Brady Riggs, a top 50 PGA instructor (GOLF MAGAZINE) honing my skills technically, physically and mentally. I understand I don't have to be a Jordan Spieth or Ricky Fowler today, tomorrow or even next year because I know that as long as I keep improving and working hard on my game I will get to where I want to be, which is some day competing weekly against the best players in the world.

If I am lucky enough to be part of your golf team I can promise you will have a player who will never, ever give up. I am a fierce competitor who will always display the leadership qualities you want on your golf team.

I am looking forward to finding a college where I fit in athletically and academically, with a coach who has the ability to develop my game. I have a 3.0 GPA in my core subjects and am always working hard to improve in school. I am presently taking Honor classes in English and History.

I am a graduate of TEEN INSIGHT, a leadership program for teenagers. I am also a volunteer and golf instructor for THE FIRST TEE, a golf program for kids ages 7-12. Other volunteer programs I give my time to include the BURBANK FOOD BANK and THE ROSE PARADE.
