My name is Sean Healy and I attend St. Vincent de Paul High School in Petaluma California. Golf has always been a part of my life ever since i could walk. I was taken out for the first time with real clubs at the age of 4 hitting my driver 100 yards. I was exposed to many sports and extra curricular activities at a very young age. I began playing the piano, drums, guitar, and bass all by the age of 8 and still continue to thrive in music. I also began martial arts when I was 3 years old and still continue to participate in tournaments and work part time my time as an instructor. Now as I begin to shoot scratch golf I have made the decision I want to play this sport all my life. It would be a great honor to play golf in college and it is something I am willing to put 100% into. By the end of high school I want to finish as one of the top students in my class as well as one of the top golfers in my division. In college I hope to major in electrical engineering to go on to build and design of computers and their systems as a career. I have had a few outside school road blocks that effected my school work freshman year but I have done a good job of cleaning up my grades and proving I can keep them up and thrive academically throughout college. I have my mind and heart set on playing college golf and I am willing to put in as many hours as possible both academically and physically to achieve this goal.
