My goal is to excel in Division 1 golf while also seeking a top-notch academic experience. Both my parents excelled in D1 sports, instilling in me the ability to balance academics and athletics effectively. In the 2020/2021 COVID year, I attended school in Denmark and Hilton Head Island, leveraging the challenging pandemic situation for personal growth. In the Spring of 2021, I honed my golf skills at the JPGA golf academy in South Carolina, benefiting from high-level coaching and improving my game significantly. I had a win and several top 5 finished on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Besides golf, I've played competitive soccer and basketball for many years.
Notably, my national golf ranking rose significantly last year, culminating in a top-50 finish at the Junior PGA Championship in Arkansas. Despite narrowly missing the final cut, I showcased resilience against the country's top players. Over my last 18 competitive rounds, I achieved under-par scores in 9. As a recruit, I bring athleticism, mental toughness, and maturity, standing at 6' 3" with ongoing physical development. Academically, I maintain straight A's and earned a stellar 35 on the ACT test last summer. I am a junior at Milton Academy - one of the best academic high schools in the country. With my leadership we won the ISL my freshmen year for the first time in 40 years. I have been First Team ISL for two years straight. I will be competitive on Day 1 in college, and as I said earlier, I can balance the academic workload.
