Trevor Watson '17 Recruiting Profile

I am interested in pursuing my golf and academic career at the collegiate level.  In August 2016, I will be a senior at Hannibal High School in Hannibal,MO.  I am a 3 sport athlete competing in football,basketball, and golf.  I was the quarterback of the 4A Quarterfinal team in 2015 and was also an all district and all conference placekicker and will be returning as team captain.  I was the starting shooting guard on the basketball team and will also be returning as the team captain.  In golf, I am the reigning conference champion, 2 time all district selection, and 2 time state qualifier and helped lead the team to a overall 3rd place finish.  

I am ranked #8 of 230 in my class academically.  After high school, I believe it is time to channel all my athletic and leadership abilities to a competitive and successful collegiate golf team.   I believe I will be a great teammate! I started golf at age 9, with the help of my swing coach, Mark Christensen, owner of Christensen Golf Academy and 2012 Gateway PGA Teacher of the Year.  I have grown up with his guidance and continue learning from him.  I am very confident that by playing only golf after high school , my golf game will only get better.!
