Christian Ruchalski '18 Recruiting Profile

      When I was young, I played various team sports, but then at the age of 14, I became interested in golf. I started playing every day and with a lot of time and dedication, I became better and better. I realized that golf was the sport I took most pleasure and satisfaction in. The golf course is the one place I always feel at home. I have learned so much from the game and it has taught me various life lessons, such as teamwork, respect, etiquette, patience and control. The game of golf has definitely made me be humble, a hard worker and just a better person.

As a golfer on my high school team, I helped lead the team to finish at number 6 in the state and to win a state championship for our section, as well as winning many other tournaments. I'm very excited about playing college golf and feel that my talent and abilities will help the team succeed. Also, I will work hard doing my academic best in obtaining a degree in business management.
