Jack Puma '24 Recruiting Profile

• My name is Jack Puma and I am a Junior at Christian Brothers Academy.

When I was young, I played many sports, but one stuck out to me when I began to get older and this was golf. When I was about 7 years old, I began to play the game that I now love. At the age of 12, a spark ignited and I began to take golf seriously. I began my tournament career in 7th grade in the NJPGA Junior league. My 8th grade year, I realized that the school that I was going to, CBA, was a golf powerhouse. I began to work extremely hard to make this team, and I ended up making the varsity team my freshman year. This was the beginning of my long golf career and I have improved greatly since. This goal of making the CBA Golf team freshman year was not my only since then, and I have many more coming. Golf, however, is not the only thing I find interest in. When I was very young, my dad got me into fishing and hunting and I have loved them ever since. Academics are also something that I value greatly and will continue to value when I begin college.
