Personal Statement

I started playing golf when I was 10 years old. I have always been athletic since I was in kindergarten, I played soccer up until my sophomore year in high school. I also played baseball and basketball all through junior high school. I would always get the coaches award because I was a coachable kid and a team player. I played well in all my sports, but Golf is the sport I have a passion for. I have been the MVP for all 3 years of high school in golf. I play all summer long in tournaments. I belong to three organizations for golf. I started in NYC JR. Golf in Staten Island which I still play today. I also belong to NYC City Parks Foundation golf and the MET PGA which I also currently still play.

I have a golf simulator in a room over our garage so in the winter I am always playing all over the country. I would like to become a professional Golf Pro. I have always been a team player and I am looking for a college where I can grow and become a professional golfer.
