PERSONAL STATEMENT
Golf has been a part of my life for as long as can remember. As I’ve grown, golf has become my passion. My dream is to play collegiate golf and beyond.
I have the persistence and drive to compete at the college level. I have consistently and steadily improved my golf performance over a short period of time. I have been described by my coaches as “highly coachable”, and “a team leader”. I literally spend as many daylight hours on the course as possible.
Academically, I have a solid performance. I work hard and study hard. I was grade accelerated at a young age and have always excelled in the classroom. I have found that it is important to maintain balance in my life with other activities such as skiing, basketball, church events, family gatherings, and hunting.
I want to attend a college where I can have maximum playing time on the course balanced with an outstanding education. I am looking for a college that will provide me with unbeatable post-graduate opportunities both personally and professionally.
