Personal Statement
I am a student-athlete, in that order, who strives to always do the right thing, on and off the course. Being a good student in the classroom is my first and foremost priority, and I am dedicated to being the best I can be in the classroom. I believe I am a good candidate for any team because I am someone who will work extremely hard to continue to get better each and every day. I always maintain a positive attitude and never let my emotions get the best of me. I try to hit every shot to the best of my ability, and to stay calm and focused on the course. But I also am a person who loves to have fun while playing golf. Golf is a great way for me to create friendships with my teammates, or someone I have never played with. I don't just enjoy playing the game, I enjoy all the things I can take away from what I learn through playing it. My main goal is to play golf at the highest level that I can, to work hard, to win, and most of all to have a memorable time doing it.
