My personal goal is to continue to develop my game through junior hockey, progressing to college hockey. I want to major in Environmental Science/Engineering.
I've been playing hockey since I was five years old and goalie since I was 7 years old in the Seattle area. I played AAA rep hockey for Seattle Junior Hockey Association and Team Seattle through 16U minor in Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association (PCAHA) league in British Columbia. When I was a junior in high school I received a scholarship and went away to Colorado Springs, Colorado to play prep hockey at Fountain Valley School of Colorado (FVS). I was a two year starter my junior and senior year before graduating in 2015. Last season (2015-2016) I played for the Whitefish Wolverines junior hockey team in Whitefish, Montana in the Western States Hockey League (WSHL) Tier 2.
Unfortunately, my season in Whitefish was cut short when I took a puck to the throat and fractured my larynx (voice box). I am now fully recovered and cleared by the doctor to play (as of March 1, 2016). My goal for this season is to be a starting goalie for a junior team and get exposure to college coaches.
