Personal Statement
My biggest goal is to play hockey in college. Hockey has been my passion ever since I started skating when I was three and began playing the sport when I was five. My dream has always been to keep playing hockey through out my life. At my middle school prep school I received the highest athletic award, the head of schools sports award for playing three sports and winning MVP in all three. I was named captain of three different sports teams which shows my leadership skills and team work. At the prep school that I attended for High school I was given MVP for hockey, lacrosse and soccer. I also serve as captain for all three teams. At graduation I was given the top sports award.
For hockey I ranked #1 in points in my Sophomore year playing center in all Connecticut prep schools also ranking # 1 for Sophomores playing any position. I had 47 points in 16 games that year. In my Junior year I had over 37 points with three short handed goals. In my senior year I had another 37 points. I finished my high school career with 134 points. This is a all time high record at my prep school. I played most of this season with the Orangeville Ice Crushers in Ontario Canada. The ice crushers is a junior A program in the GMHL. I was named assistant captain of the ice crushers and played first line. I moved to the EHL late in the season played for the New England Wolves. This year I am back in Ontario Canada playing in GMHL for the Fergus Force. I am team captain and playing first line left wing. I have been ranked in the top 40 prospects in GMHL.
