Personal Statement
My name is Devan Bayne and I’m a hockey player from Saginaw, Michigan. I have been playing competitively since the age of five at the ‘AA, ‘AAA, High School and Junior levels. Along with being an elite level athlete I am also strong academically and maintain a perfect honor roll record along with a solid 3.46 GPA.
Next season my goal is to train and continue playing at the Junior ‘A’ level which in turn will help prepare me to compete at the collegiate level. My long range goals are to pursue a bachelors degree and continue my hockey career collegiately at the NCAA D-1 or D-3 level.
I am known as a fierce, yet disciplined competitor that has the ability to adapt to any type of game situation. I can play a high tempo offensive style, a physical game, or a defensive shut down role.
