Personal Statement
My short term goal is to play junior hockey and college hockey. I am a team player who supports everyone on the team. I respect my coaches and teammates. I am a competitive and physical defenseman who will protect his goalie. I am not afraid to battle the corners or block a puck. I can handle a 3 on 1 and a lone breakaway. I can play left or right defense and have also played left wing when needed. I work hard for every coach and am often told how coachable I am. I am willing to put in the work to succeed in this sport year round. I treat my teammates with respect, I conduct myself with integrity and stick up for people who can't. I am a fast skater and not a lot of players beat me down the ice.
