Personal Statement
I am 5'9" 170 lbs, I am a disciplined, skilled forward, and I am playing for the New England Wolves in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL Premier) (15-16). I was the assistant captain for the North Jersey Junior Avalanche in the MJHL, last season (14-15). I was the leading scorer in goals and assists in the regular season (22-23-45) and leading goal scorer in our 3 playoff games (3-1-4). Prior to playing Junior hockey these past two seasons, I played at the Tier I (AAA) level for three years: Bantam AAA Major for the New Jersey Rockets (Atlantic District Finalists), and U16AAA National for two consecutive years for the NJ Avalanche. In 2012, we won our district and advanced to the USA Hockey Tier I National Championships held in Amherst, NY.
Last year was my second year of juniors playing for the Avalanche. We lost in the first round robin by one goal and it was a tough ending to a good season. The prior year, I played for the same organization and we advanced to the MJHL Keegan Cup Finals. I played in all 42 games, putting up 26 points (9-17-26).
I have always been a hard worker on and off the ice. I aspire to someday be able to play at the highest level. Wherever that may be, I will put in the same dedication in the classroom, as I will on the ice. I hold all the right keys to reach my goals. I have the heart, the drive, the skills, and the determination. I will do everything I have to and more, in order to be the best player that I can be.
