Personal Statement
My name is Kyle Jadatz from Kings Park, New York, and I am interested in playing college Ice Hockey. I played for and was named captain of the Long Island Royals U16 National hockey team this past season. My team participated in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League (AYHL) and the Long Island Amateur Hockey League(LIAHL).

Just to tell you a little about myself I am a forward who can play any of the three forward positions who contributes leadership abilities and strong offensive abilities to help the team. I currently attend Kings Park High School as a high honor roll student and have been given academic awards such as the Physical education leadership award presented by the New York State Association for health and physical education as well as winning the Math Achievement award awarded for scoring 2nd highest in the school for world math day. I also am participation in extra curricular activities such as the S.E.A.S club which gives me numerous community service hours to keep the environment safe and also one of the most prestigious clubs in the United States of America in National Honor Society. This clubs goal is to hand pick students who show extraordinary academic and leadership abilities both in and out of school. My current GPA in high school is a 3.7 while taking 2 honors courses. In the fall of 2016 I will be attending Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire.
In college, I look to seek great academic oppurtunities to set me up for greatness later on which is all that i ever want for myself and the people around me.
