Personal Statement
My name is Bryan O’Toole, a goaltender from Douglassville, Pennsylvania. I am a two sport athlete playing ice hockey and baseball. Ice hockey is my main sport because I get to compete at a high, fast pace, and competitive level all around the world. I have been playing ice hockey since age 4, and I started playing goalie about two years into playing after watching one of my older brother’s friend play goalie. I grew up playing Tier 1 AAA ice hockey for about 11 years now and I am currently playing my second year of Junior hockey with the Boston Jr Rangers in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) up in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. I would like to go all the way with ice hockey, starting with getting into a great DI, DII, or DIII school. Ever since I started playing sports at a high, competitive level I’ve known that this is what I would like to do in my life. This is what I’ve dreamed of doing for as long as I can remember. Going all the way with ice hockey is my dream, and I will do whatever it takes to get a chance to play at the colligate level and beyond if the opportunity were to exist.
