2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I started playing hockey at the age of ten and loved the game ever since. After playing many years of youth hockey and a year of Junior hockey. I know that I want to play high-level hockey in college. I am looking for a college that will challenge me academically and athletically.
I would describe myself as a hardworking skill forward that can play any role that is given to me. I work as hard as I can on and off the ice. As a captain of many hockey teams, I encouraged the team to always stay positive and work hard.
My hockey skills and mind have grown exponentially because of Junior hockey. My newly acquired work ethic and ability has pushed me to accomplish more as a hockey player.
I am very committed to getting better at hockey, but I'm just as committed to my academics. In order to maintain great grades in school, I ask questions and study. I am very involved in the community. I volunteer through the Community Action Program.
My main goal is to go to a college where I can grow as a person, student, and hockey player.
